We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and alignment across fast-moving teams and ambitious projects.

At Stadium, we’re building products that bring delight and connection to organizations around the world. From recognition to  personalized gifting to brand-building experiences, our platform combines creativity, data, and technology to make every interaction meaningful.

In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and functional leads across Design, Operations, and Customer Success. You’ll also collaborate directly with the leadership team to ensure that strategic priorities are translated into clear, actionable execution plans — and delivered efficiently, with quality and impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Delivery Across Cross-Functional Initiatives

  • Drive end-to-end execution for complex, multi-team projects — from scoping and planning through release and post-launch follow-up.

  • Ensure clarity around deliverables, ownership, and timelines across all departments.

2. Partner Closely with Product and Engineering

  • Work alongside Product Owners to translate product vision into actionable roadmaps.

  • Coordinate with Engineering Leads to manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and technical dependencies.

  • Balance delivery timelines with quality and business priorities along with risk identification and mitigation..

3. Drive Alignment Across Leadership

  • Collaborate directly with CTO, CEO, and functional heads to align execution with business objectives.

  • Ensure visibility into project status, risks, and outcomes at every level of the organization.

  • Act as the central communication bridge between teams and leadership.

4. Implement Agile and Lean Best Practices

  • Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles across teams.

  • Facilitate key ceremonies — sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

  • Continuously refine processes to improve velocity, communication, and quality of delivery.

5. Mentor and Elevate Team Practices

  • Guide mid-level PMs and team coordinators in best practices and stakeholder management.

  • Help scale delivery frameworks and PM discipline across the company.

6. Maintain Transparency and Operational Efficiency

  • Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable to track work, ensure visibility, and streamline reporting.

  • Communicate progress and blockers effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6–10 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in a product-based or technology-driven organization.

  • Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and high visibility.

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills — especially across technical and executive teams.

  • Experience working directly with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and CXO-level stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.

  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or equivalent project management tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Why Join Stadium

You’ll love this role if you want to:

  • Work at the center of product, engineering, and business strategy.

  • Have a direct line to leadership (CTO, CEO) and real influence on decisions.

  • Build scalable systems and processes that enable growth.

  • Thrive in an environment that values clarity, ownership, and collaboration.
