We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer with expertise in WordPress plugin development and scalable solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Design, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver high-performance solutions that meet business needs. A strong focus on scalability, caching, and performance optimization is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable WordPress solutions with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Develop, modify, and maintain WordPress plugins, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
- Optimize caching strategies to improve website speed and user experience.
- Write secure, reusable, well-documented, and efficient code for long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with business objectives.
- Analyze and optimize database queries to handle high traffic efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and technologies, particularly related to scalability.

Desired Profile
Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in WordPress and PHP coding.
Core Expertise:
- Strong experience with caching techniques and scaling WordPress applications.
- Profound understanding of WordPress architecture, front-end technologies, and RESTful APIs.
- Plugin Knowledge: Proficiency with JetEngine and Elementor plugins.
Technical Skills:
- Writing optimized and scalable database queries.
- Familiarity with code hosting platforms, testing/debugging tools, and E-commerce technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of security practices in WordPress.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new technologies and solutions.

Additional Details
Location: This position requires the selected candidate to work on-site in our Delhi office (East Patel Nagar) for 3-6 months.
Remote Option: A potential shift to remote work will be decided by management after the initial period.
