Roles and Responsibilities
 
NOTE: This is not a sales job.
 
 
  • As Sales Operations Associate, you will be responsible for leveraging Hubspot CRM to accurately track users and their deals throughout the sales cycle
 
  • You will be detail-oriented and methodical, ensuring the accuracy of information in our CRM
  • You will create and maintain Hubspot workflows
  • You will be the point person for all things CRM, and can expect to perform tasks bridging technical and soft skills, such as managing contact lists, creating reports, reviewing and setting up integrations (e.g Gong, Chilipiper)•
  • Owning our CRM setup and revamping the architecture to suit the sales teams functions
  • Training new users on how to use Hubspot
  • Building new Hubspot reports meeting business needs;
  • Architect a Hubspot Deals setup that accounts for the entire sales lifecycle of users
  • Ensure contact and deal fields are accurate and updated properly
  • Create documentation to be used as a part of sales rep training in using Hubspot correctly, and manage onboarding
 
 
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Candidate with sales operations experience preferably with Hubspot
