The selected candidate will work directly with the Product, Design, Business and Engineering teams to ensure that the deliverables fall within the applicable scope. In addition, they will coordinate with other departments and verticals to ensure that all aspects of the projects are compatible.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering / Technology, Master of Computer Application or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in BA | APO | APM role working in tech, consulting or operational capacity.
• A positive attitude and the ability to roll up the sleeves to get things done.
• Experience with SCRUM and agile development processes in a product development environment.
• Good understanding of Agile concepts and related frameworks.
• Superior attention to detail and strong organisational skills. 
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent analytical and logical skills.
• User-driven approach to building delightful products users love
• A basic understanding of UI | UX and Usability is a plus. 
• Describe and partner with the Business and Product team to develop, test, and deploy solutions, including integrations and reporting.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
• Should be able to translate business requirements, product specifications and designs into effective documents and User stories. 
• Excellent business and software requirement analysis skills.
• Define Sprints and delivery timelines for product increments. 
• Experience using and managing JIRA tool is a plus.
• Ensure quality product is delivered to the end-users. 
• Should have experience in executing UAT rounds. 
• Provide Sprint demos to the business, product and other stakeholders.
• Team management skills. 
• Assign tasks to team members
• Conduct daily scrum meetings. 
• Resolve team impediments. 
• Track progress against the delivery timeline. 
• Proactive communication with the team. 
• Should be able to provide constructive feedback.
