HR Generalist

, ,Vinsol SnackMagic is looking for an HR & Admin generalist to perform various HR & administrative daily activities.
Location: In-office
Roles & Responsibilities (Must have but are not limited to):
- Joining formalities, preparing offer letters, induction and orientation
- Leaves and attendance management
- Handling employees' requests and grievances
- Employee record-keeping in electronic and paper forms
- Benefits administration (health insurance, food vouchers, etc.)
- Ensures accuracy of employee data within HRIS through regular audits
- Performance appraisal & Administration Work
- Creates important company-wide communication notices due to status changes when needed.
- Exit / Relieving process
What skills do you bring
- 2+ yrs. of work experience with a degree in HR / Business Administration /related field of study. (degree in HR is not mandatory)
- An HR Assistant / Generalist profile with hands-on experience with any HRMS tool is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS office/Google workspace(docs, sheets, slides) tools
- Escalate issues where appropriate
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in managing a remote workforce is a plus
Knowledge of local employment/labor laws
