Recruiting Associate / Talent acquisition specialist (IT Jobs)

, ,Roles and responsibilities
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant platforms
- Qualify candidates through ATS forms or recruiting calls – screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, behaviour, availability, technical skills and salary requirements
- Scheduling in-person or video interviews after sourcing/screening candidates
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (we use Recruiterbox Trakstar hire) to ensure candidate records are updated and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked
- Proficiency with boolean search techniques in the ATS and candidate databases like naukri resdex
- Strong behavioral interviewing techniques and the ability to quickly evaluate candidates to ensure that they are fit to the job
- Proactive in handling salary mapping, offer negotiation and follow up till the candidate joins
- Manage offer letter preparation
- Coordinate with IT, Operations and HR teams for smooth onboarding
- Keeping applicants informed on the application process
- Meet Monthly/Quarterly hiring goals
What skills do you bring
- Experience of the full recruitment life-cycle from creating job adverts to appointment letter generation and joining
- 2+ years of experience in a staffing role or related work. Prior experience recruiting for IT and tech positions (Engineering, Product, Data Science, etc) is a huge plus.
- A degree in HR / Business Administration /related field of study. (degree in HR is not mandatory)
- In addition to CV databases, proactive candidate sourcing through tools like LinkedIn
- Strong working experience of MS office and Google suite(docs, slides)
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Social Media and technology savvy
